Ceramic sculpture made using the Raku technique. White goat. Each piece made with the ancient Raku technique is unique and inimitable. This special technique involves a strong thermal shock where the red-hot object is immersed in wood shavings and then in water. This abrupt temperature drop creates a unique glazed effect called "craquelure." Each model is different and features variations in color and patterns.
