The cork tray is known by many names; in Gallura (Sardinia, Italy), it is called "jona." It is used to serve cooked meats, such as the famous roast piglet, as well as cold cuts and cheeses.
The tray is completely natural, untreated with chemicals, and ready for use immediately. To clean it, simply use plenty of water and, if needed, lemon juice, which is an excellent natural degreaser.
