Pattadese-style knife, crafted with a juniper handle and an 8 cm myrtle leaf-shaped blade, featuring a steel bolster. When open, the knife measures approximately 17 cm. The wooden variant of the typical Sardinian knife is perhaps less common but certainly more sought-after and distinctive. Juniper, with its unmistakable aroma, provides a pleasant feeling of warmth and is the most suitable choice for those who prefer a natural, non-animal material. Made at the Boiccu workshop in Guspini, Sardinia, Italy.
